Any cancellation before 30 days of the trip date, a 50% amount of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
For any cancellation within 30 days of the trip date, No Refund shall be granted.
No refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline provided to you beforehand.
If the entire trip is canceled due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances such as rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strikes, bandhs, COVID-19 restrictions, or local government restrictions, TrekOTrip will not be responsible and the amount is non-refundable
