Your Himalayan journey begins early morning from Dehradun Railway Station, where our team will greet you warmly.
By 6:30-7:00 AM, we set off on a scenic drive toward Hanuman Chatti, the starting point of the Gulabi Kantha Trek.
As the road winds through the hills, the city’s noise fades away and nature slowly takes over.
You’ll drive through Mussoorie, a charming hill station often called “The Queen of Hills,” and continue past Kempty Falls, where the cool mountain air feels refreshing.
Further ahead, the road follows the Yamuna River, offering enchanting views of its sparkling waters surrounded by pine and oak forests.
Small Garhwali villages like Barkot and Naugaon appear along the way, each with their own charm and simplicity.
By evening, you’ll reach Hanuman Chatti, a peaceful mountain village surrounded by towering peaks.
Check into your guesthouse or campsite, freshen up, and relax with a hot cup of tea.
The evening is for acclimatization, photography, or simply soaking in the crisp Himalayan breeze.
Enjoy a warm dinner and rest well — tomorrow, your real adventure begins.
Wake up to the sound of chirping birds and a golden sunrise over the mountains.
After a hearty breakfast, begin your trek from Hanuman Chatti toward Kandola Chhani.
The trail begins gently and gradually ascends through dense oak, deodar, and rhododendron (Buransh) forests.
During spring, these forests are alive with bright pink and red flowers, filling the air with a sweet aroma.
As you walk, the soft crunch of leaves beneath your boots and the distant sound of a flowing stream create a sense of calm.
Small wooden bridges, chirping Himalayan birds, and cool mountain breezes make the trail a pure joy.

After 4-5 hours of steady walking, you’ll reach Kandola Chhani, a beautiful meadow surrounded by forests and hills.
The sight of open grasslands after the dense woods feels like stepping into another world.
Camps will be set up here — a perfect place to rest and admire the sunset painting the sky in orange and purple hues.
Enjoy your evening tea, sit around the bonfire, and share stories under a million stars.
After breakfast, pack up your gear and start your next leg toward Seema Thatch.
The trail today is slightly steeper but offers even more stunning scenery.
You’ll pass through alpine forests that gradually open into wide, flower-covered meadows.
Every turn brings a new view — shining peaks in the distance, fresh mountain streams, and grazing horses on the green slopes.
As you climb higher, the air becomes cooler and cleaner.
The forest slowly thins out, revealing vast open meadows and glimpses of the higher Himalayan ranges.
By afternoon, you’ll reach Seema Thatch, a serene high-altitude meadow surrounded by rolling hills and snow-clad peaks.
This is one of the most beautiful camping spots on the entire trek.
Spend your evening watching the sun dip behind the mountains and the sky fill with countless stars.
The peacefulness here is beyond words.
This is the most exciting and rewarding day of your trek — the summit day!
Start early in the morning to catch the sunrise from the top.
The climb to Gulabi Kantha is challenging but filled with breathtaking views and unforgettable moments.
As you ascend, the trail turns from grassy slopes to rocky terrain.
The higher you go, the grander the views become.
The name “Gulabi Kantha” (meaning Pink Ridge) comes alive as you walk through meadows covered in pink and red rhododendron flowers — a rare sight that feels almost magical.
Reaching the Gulabi Kantha Summit (4,000 m) is a moment of pure joy.
From here, you’ll witness a 360° view of the Himalayan giants — Swargarohini, Bandarpoonch, Chaukhamba, and even Nanda Devi glimmer in the distance.
Spend some quiet time at the top, breathing in the cold mountain air and taking in the beauty that surrounds you.
Capture photos, have your packed lunch, and soak in the feeling of achievement.
Later, start descending slowly back to Kandola Chhani, retracing your path through the meadows.
The evening awaits with a warm dinner, bonfire, and laughter shared among trekkers.
Your last morning in the mountains begins peacefully.
After breakfast, pack up and start your descent to Hanuman Chatti.
The return trail feels lighter and more relaxed — giving you time to notice the little things you might have missed earlier: the sound of the river, the rustling leaves, the birds flying overhead.
Once you reach Hanuman Chatti, bid farewell to the mountains and begin your drive back to Dehradun.
You’ll pass the same scenic route through Barkot, Mussoorie, and Kempty Falls, reaching Dehradun by around 5:00 PM.
Your Gulabi Kantha Trek ends here — but the memories of pink meadows, starry nights, and majestic peaks will stay with you forever.
