Mount Kailash isn’t only a mountain, it is a symbol of believing & faith among four religions: Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism & Bon. The mountain lies near lake Manasarovar and lake Rakshastal. It is the source of four major holy rivers in Asia: the Indus, Sutlej, Brahmaputra and Karnali are them. People whoever can't able to perform a holy bath at Lake Manasarovar goes into above rivers with the same believe and faith.
Mansarovar is another holy place which lies north of Mt. Kailash. It has also it’s own religious value among some religions. They have their own beliefs and faith about Kailash Mansarovar Yatra as per their devotional texts.

For Flight- This Kailash mountain flight operates from Nepalgunj. Due to the weather, if flight doesn't operate you must wait for the next day's weather to be clear & if it takes more the 1 days you have to pay an extra night hotel cost. As we know that in Kailash region climate change rapidly so flight will not be operate till kailash view is clear.
Transportation: - We will provide you a vehicle as per itinerary basis ONLY.
Based on our experience and reactions of the pilgrims of the above said group, we are, hereby, communicating to you once again about such unpredictable climatic disturbance in heli trips to Kailash. We operate trips in regular flights between these stations and the trip is dependent on the operation of those regular flights/helicopter trips. However, we are sharing with you the additional expenses which may incur during the trip in such unforeseen situations.
Foreign Nationals and NRIs
Nepal portion - A valid passport and Visa is mandatory for all foreign nationals and NRIs (Non-resident Indians) to enter Nepal. Nepal immigration offers a Visa on arrival facility at Kathmandu airport against all valid documents and visa fee.
China/Tibet portion – A valid passport, visa and a special permit to visit Kailash region is mandatory for all foreign nationals and NRIs (non-resident Indians) willing to undertake Kailash Yatra.
Know about Nepalganj – This is a small town at India-Nepal border (200 kms from Lucknow) with more facilities and infrastructure. All flights to Simikot depart from here only. Nepalganj and Simikot are not connected by road hence flight is the only option. Flights from Nepalganj to Simikot are small aircrafts operated by local airlines. Even in minor climatic disturbance these flights get delayed or cancelled for safety reasons and it is totally at the discretion of the local authorities and flight operators. We do not bear any liability for such delays and/or cancellations.
TrekOTrip – Terms & Conditions ( Aerial Kailash Mansarovar )
Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance/payment as communicated by TrekOTrip.
Full payment must be completed prior to departure as per the payment schedule shared.
All passengers must provide valid ID proof and required documents at the time of booking.( All passengers must have valid Voter ID Card or Valid Passport , valid for 6 months)
A fixed amount of INR 7,500 (Rupees Seven Thousand Five Hundred only) per person shall be charged as a non-refundable service and processing fee for this tour.
This amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Cancellation initiated by the client (voluntary cancellation)
Medical reasons, personal emergencies, or inability to travel
Delay, cancellation, or rescheduling due to weather conditions
Natural disasters such as landslides, floods, earthquakes, or cloudbursts
Force majeure events, including war, political unrest, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or travel bans
Cancellation or disruption of helicopter services, flights, permits, or accommodations by third-party vendors
The above amount of INR 7,500 per person shall be deducted first and in full, before applying any other applicable cancellation/refund policy.
Apart from the non-refundable amount mentioned above, remaining refunds (if any) shall be processed as per the standard cancellation policy :
Cancellation before 25 days of the travel date / before the second installment: A deduction of ₹7,500 per person will be applied from the booking amount. The remaining balance will be refunded.
Cancellation after the second n final installment (within 25 days of the travel date):Cancellations made within twenty (25) days of the scheduled travel date, or following the payment of the second n final installment, are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations occurring during this period.
Tour Date Change / Batch Shifting Policy: Any request by the client to shift or postpone the booked tour to another date will incur a non-refundable charge of ₹5,000 per person. (subject to availability)
Refund timelines may vary depending on third-party vendors and banking processes.
No refund shall be provided for any unused services after the commencement of the tour.

All helicopter operations are strictly subject to weather conditions, technical approvals, and aviation authority permissions.
Delays, rescheduling, or cancellations due to weather or operational issues are beyond TrekOTrip’s control.
In such cases, alternate arrangements may be suggested; however, no guarantees can be provided.
TrekOTrip shall not be held liable for any cancellation, delay, or alteration caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to:
Natural calamities
War, civil unrest, or terrorism
Government orders, restrictions, or regulatory changes
Epidemics or pandemics
In all such cases, the non-refundable amount of INR 7,500 per person remains applicable without exception.
Any medical condition must be disclosed in advance. TrekOTrip shall not be responsible for health-related issues arising during the यात्रा.
TrekOTrip acts as a facilitator between clients and service providers (helicopter operators, hotels, transport, etc.).
We shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, delay, or damage caused due to third-party services.
The itinerary is subject to change due to weather, operational feasibility, or government regulations.
Clients are required to remain flexible and cooperative in such situations.
By confirming the booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions, including the mandatory non-refundable fee of INR 7,500 per person.
Additional Important Conditions – Kailash Darshan Visibility
The Aerial Kailash Mansarovar Yatra is entirely dependent upon weather conditions, cloud movement, visibility, aviation permissions, and operational feasibility.
In case the helicopter/flight successfully takes off on Day 1 but passengers are unable to have clear दर्शन (Darshan) of Mount Kailash due to clouds, poor visibility, weather conditions, or any natural circumstances beyond control, TrekOTrip shall not be held responsible, and no refund, compensation, or claim shall be applicable.
If passengers wish to attempt the Darshan again on the following day for better visibility, the same shall be subject to seat availability and operational approval. An additional charge of INR 18,500 per person shall be payable for the next day’s flight attempt.
In case the helicopter/flight does not operate on Day 1 due to bad weather, operational issues, or aviation restrictions, passengers will only be required to bear the actual additional expenses incurred towards hotel accommodation and meals, approximately INR 3,500 – 4,000 per person per night, depending upon actual arrangements and availability.
All decisions regarding flight operations, delays, cancellations, or clearances shall be solely taken by the aviation authorities and helicopter operators, with passenger safety being the highest priority.
