Any damage to our booked properties/transportation by any individual will be charged to him/her only. Any injury during any activity, we will not be responsible for any mis- happenings an undertaking will be shared before the booking or before the departure date of the tour which is mandatory for everyone to fill out and sign.

The booking amount is non-refundable.
Any cancellation before 30 days of the trip date, a 50% amount of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
For any cancellation within 30 days of the trip date, No Refund shall be granted.
No refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline provided to you beforehand.
If the entire trip is canceled due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances such as rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strikes, bandhs, COVID-19 restrictions, or local government restrictions, TrekOTrip will not be responsible and the amount is non-refundable.
