Model Context Protocol · works with Claude

Run your tour business by talking.

Tourify ships an MCP server: connect Claude and build itineraries, capture leads, create bookings and write your website's blog by describing what you want. Every action runs on a key you can revoke, with the same permissions and audit trail as the web app.

WHAT THIS ACTUALLY IS

A standard plug, not a chatbot widget.

The Model Context Protocol is an open standard, introduced by Anthropic, that lets an AI assistant use real software the way a person does: through named, permissioned actions. Tourify's MCP server exposes 97 of them, covering itineraries, departures, leads, travellers, bookings, rooms, suppliers, costs, your website's blog and read-only finance.

Nothing is scraped and nothing leaves your account behind your back. Claude calls the same API your team already uses, over an API key you mint in Settings and can revoke without touching your login: rate-limited, org-scoped and capped to the role you chose. Close the chat and the connection is gone.

The result: the CRM work that eats your evenings becomes a sentence you say to your assistant, and the record in Tourify stays as clean as if you had typed it in yourself.

#01 · BUILD BY DESCRIBING

Describe the trip. The itinerary builds itself.

Day by day, from a sentenceSay what the trip is and Claude lays down the days: stays, meals, transport legs, activities, altitude notes. You review it in Tourify like any other itinerary.
Templates copied to departuresThe trip template, its cost components and its day-by-day plan copy onto any new departure the same way they do in the app.
Pricing attached as componentsBase package, single supplement, add-ons: priced as components on the trip, so every booking that follows inherits correct maths.
Private trips tooOne-off FIT trips work the same way: a file, a builder, a price, without touching your group tour masters.
And the blog on your websiteDraft, edit and publish posts on your own Tourify website: title, body, excerpt, category, tags and the SEO fields, straight from the chat. Nothing publishes until you say publish.

ClaudeDone. Departure 12 to 17 June, 12 seats. The Leh template is copied onto it: 6 days, 5 nights. Base ₹48,500 and single supplement ₹9,000 attached as price components. Want me to publish it to your website?
#02 · FROM ENQUIRY TO BOOKING

Close the enquiry without opening a tab.

Capture the lead mid-callName, phone, trip interest, budget: logged while you are still talking, linked to the right traveller automatically.
Priced as components, not guessesAdd the base package, the single supplement and the add-ons as price components on the booking. The total is their sum, computed by the same code the app uses.
Bookings that respect seatsHeadcount, capacity and price components are enforced by the same rules as the app. Add a fourth traveller and the headcount, capacity check and total follow in one step.
Everything on the recordFollow-ups, notes and stage changes land on the lead timeline, attributed to you, visible to your team.

YouKavitha called: 2 pax on the June Ladakh departure, one wants a single room. Make the booking.

ClaudeBooked. Kavitha matched an existing traveller, so I linked that file instead of making a second one. 2 seats held, base ₹97,000 plus a single supplement ₹9,000 as components, total ₹1,06,000. I have not sent anything yet.
#03 · ASK YOUR BUSINESS

Answers, not report menus.

Who owes whatOutstanding balances, overdue payments and deadlines per departure, in plain language, from live data.
How full is JuneOccupancy and fill rates by trip, departure or month, without building the filter yourself.
Where the leads wentFunnel, sources, lost reasons and leads over time, pulled from the same reports the dashboard draws, answered as a sentence.
Is the departure readyPayments, checklist, documents, rooms and vendor confirmations rolled into one readiness answer.

ClaudeThree bookings carry a balance: Dr. Nair ₹1,20,000 due 28 May, Kavitha ₹29,000 due 1 June, and the Verma family ₹86,000, overdue by 4 days. Want follow-up notes logged on all three?
#04 · GUARDRAILS

Deliberately unable to do damage.

No deletes. At all.The connector physically does not include a single delete action. Not for leads, not for bookings, not for itinerary days.
Money is read-onlyClaude can read invoices and payments to answer questions. Creating, editing or sending them stays in the app, with you.
A revocable key, not your passwordIt connects with an API key you create in Settings and can kill in one click. You choose the role it runs as, and it can never be wider than your own.
A key cannot make another keyNo key of any role reaches API keys, staff, invitations or billing. It cannot mint a second credential, create a login, or change what you pay.
Every action audit-loggedEverything Claude does is written to the same audit trail as a click in the interface, attributed to the account that did it.
