These terms govern your use of this website and any enquiry you make through it. Please read them before you use the site. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by BoardingPass Tours at boardingpasstours.com. “We”, “us” and “our” mean BoardingPass Tours.

2. These terms, and the terms of your trip

This page covers the website. It is not the contract for a trip. When you book with us, the trip itself is governed by the booking confirmation, quotation or invoice we issue you, together with any trip-specific terms and the cancellation terms referred to there. Where anything on this page conflicts with those documents, those documents prevail for that booking.

3. Information on this site

Itineraries, inclusions, images, durations, hotel names and prices are published in good faith and are indicative. Availability changes constantly, suppliers revise their own terms, and exchange rates, fuel surcharges and taxes move. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no price is guaranteed until we confirm it to you in writing for your specific dates and party.

Obvious errors — a price with a missing digit, an inclusion listed for the wrong trip — do not bind us. If we spot one after you have enquired, we will tell you the correct position before taking any money, and you are free to walk away.

4. Enquiries and bookings

Submitting a form, sending a message or speaking to us is an enquiry, not a booking. A booking exists only when we confirm it in writing and the deposit or payment stated in that confirmation has reached us. Until then no seat, room or permit is held for you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us — names must match passports exactly. Airlines and hotels charge to correct a name, and some do not permit corrections at all; those charges are yours.

5. Prices and taxes

Prices are quoted in the currency shown and, unless stated otherwise, exclude Goods and Services Tax, which is charged at the applicable rate on your invoice. Where a payment for an overseas tour package attracts tax collected at source under the Income-tax Act, that amount is collected in addition to the tour price and is reflected on your invoice and in your Form 26AS.

6. Passports, visas, health and insurance

You are responsible for holding a passport valid for the period your destination requires, for obtaining the correct visas and travel authorisations, and for meeting the health, vaccination and entry requirements of every country on your itinerary — including countries you only transit. Where we assist with a visa application, we do so as your agent and cannot influence or guarantee the outcome. A refused visa, an expired passport or a denied boarding is a cancellation by you, and the cancellation terms apply.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical treatment, evacuation, cancellation and baggage, taken out on the day you book.

7. Third-party suppliers

Except where we operate a service ourselves, we act as an agent for the airlines, hotels, transport operators and activity providers who deliver your trip. Their own conditions of carriage or of business apply to what they provide, and their liability may be limited by those conditions and by international conventions.

8. Using this website

You may browse this site, and copy pages for your own personal use in planning a trip. You may not scrape it, republish its content commercially, use it to build a competing listing, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it in any way that damages it or interferes with anyone else's use.

The text, images, itineraries, logos and design on this site belong to us or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.

9. Links to other sites

We link to third-party sites — suppliers, mapping, payment, government advisories — for your convenience. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

10. Our liability

We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, or for loss caused by an event outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Events outside our control

We are not liable for a failure to perform caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including war, civil unrest, terrorism, epidemic, natural disaster, adverse weather, strike, airspace or border closure, or an act of a government or public authority.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of competent jurisdiction at the place of our registered office, as stated in section 1, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

13. Changes

We may amend these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies to that use.
