After breakfast, visit the Amman Citadel, Roman Amphitheater, and King Abdullah Mosque. Continue to Jerash, one of the world’s best-preserved Roman cities. Stroll through its colonnaded streets and ancient arches hand-in-hand. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Amman.
Madaba, Mount Nebo & Petra by Night
After breakfast, travel south to Petra. En route, stop at Madaba to see the mosaic map of the Holy Land, and Mount Nebo, believed to be the resting place of Moses. Arrive in Petra and check in at your hotel. Petra Exploration
Spend a full day exploring Petra. Enter through the Siq to see the Treasury, then explore the Royal Tombs, Street of Facades, and Roman Theater.
